Women are becoming involved in the adult website business at a growing rate and are also now customers of this industry, proving sex sells.  Hasn't it always?  It's known that men have sex or watch porn because it's a way to bridge the emotional gap where intimacy is reached and they can be comfortable with this bridge of entry.  Sex is the ultimate form of exposing oneself and one's nakedness whether it's physical or emotional exposure.  Both lead to some kind of intimacy or connection. 

Arguably, the female way is the true way, to first be intimate mentally and then let their bodies become a manifestation of what's inside their minds, hearts and souls.  It's sad but true that for the majority of men, though, being a heart-driven creature is not the norm.  Men back into this and then to go for the sex first and then maybe, just maybe, reach mental intimacy.  We all know men are from Mars, and women are from Venus.  The differences in the sexes is and always will be the subject of endless discussion and analysis and mystery.

It's not surprising that women are 1/3 of the sex market.  They get their porn by websites, magazines, novels, soap operas and high-quality, good-content porn is becoming more and more like a soap opera, feeding the female need for a plot and an intelligent story to follow.  Women flock to that because that's their nature, and they've always been consumed with romance that leads to sex just as much as men view porn.
